Class Schedules
Live Class Schedule
CSA Course: Our live class is delivered over three 8 hour day days. It is a mix of live presentations and video instruction with plenty of time for questions. Each course lecture is 50 minutes long and there are 10 minute breaks in between each lecture. Classes begin promptly at 8:00 am and end at 5 pm with an hour break for lunch. Individual schedules may vary.
CSA Exam: The morning of the 4th day is reserved for testing. Testing begins at 8:00 am and ends at 11:00am.
Web Class Schedule
CSA Course: The web class is 12 weeks long with each session being approximately 3 hours. Each session covers two topics from the CSA Course and the applicable multiple choice review questions from the workbook. During the entire course period, all students are invited to submit questions to SCSA on any of the course topics and receive an answer back from a topic expert.
We have recently added an additional 3 classes, delivered LIVE. The material covered during these classes is not tested on the CSA Exam. These additional classes were created to help you give a deeper understanding of how to apply the CSA knowledge to your business and your senior clients. During these live events, a chat room allows you to ask the CSA faculty questions and receive answers during the web event.
CSA Exam: Candidates take the CSA exam at a professional test center within 90 days of the completion of the entire web class.
Self-Study Schedule
CSA Course: The self-study course is 6 months long. The start date of the course begins the day of purchase. During the entire course period, all students are invited to submit questions to SCSA on any of the course topics and receive an answer back from a topic expert.
CSA Exam: All self-study students must test for the CSA Exam by the end of the 6 month period.
