CSA Exam Policies - Re-Tests
There are two re-test opportunities. Candidates must wait at least 6 weeks in between test dates. To schedule
a re-test, candidates should contact SCSA at 1-800-653-1785. There is an additional fee of $85 for each re-test.
Candidates who fail the exam three times may retest again after a one-year waiting period (from the final exam
attempt). Candidates must re-apply and meet the eligibility requirements in effect at the time of the retest following
the waiting period.
