The Sole Purpose of What SCSA Teaches
The sole purpose of what we do is to teach people about aging, and how to use that knowledge to help seniors. Period.
When someone does something that harms seniors, it breaks our heart, as it must break the hearts of the schools that taught
these people, the companies that hired them, the states that licensed them, and the regulators who monitored their activities.
Anyone who doesn't live up to the standards of the CSA Code of Professional Responsibility will no longer be a member of this
organization nor will they be allowed the privilege of using our designation.
CSAs are required to use the following statement:
Certified Senior Advisors (CSAs) have supplemented their individual professional licenses, credentials and education with
knowledge about aging and working with seniors. Know what those licenses, credentials and education signify. The CSA designation
alone does not imply expertise in financial, health or social matters. For details, go to www.csa.us.
